INSTRUCTIONS & IMPORTANT DEADLINES

HIPPO-ENGLISH WITHOUT BORDERS is introducing ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM to facilitate the institutions. The participating institutions are encouraged to get their institution and participating students registered through this online system.

Please read these instructions carefully. It is your responsibility to make sure that institution is correctly registered and that all of the fields required for participation in the contest are completed.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to use a valid and current email address so that we can use it to contact you at any point before, during and after the contest, if necessary.

  • Enter all the required information, including your email address and contact information.
  • All students from class 1-13 are invited to participate.
  • Minimum participation of 10 students from a participating class is MUST. There is no maximum limit.
  • We encourage participation of maximum students from public & private schools. For a participating School it is unlawful to refuse participation to any student who is willing to pay the fee.
  • The last date of submitting registration form is January 10, 2025 with normal fee. Thereafter no registration will be accepted.
  • There are 4 rounds:
    • Preliminary Round: (in your own institution) - February 14, 2025
    • National Final: (in your own institution - Online ) - March 14-15, 2025
    • Regional Qualifier:  (in Qatar/Uzbekistan/Vitenam) - June 20-25, 2025                          
    • Super Final: (in Assisy, Italy) - October 3-5, 2025
  • The participation fee is Rs. 2100/- per participant, which can be paid through Bank Draft/Pay Order, drawn in favour of “CREATIVE LEARNING SERVICES”.

  • The fee can also be directly transferred to our A/C titled: CREATIVE LEARNING SERVICES, A/C No.: 18587901695803, IBAN: PK82HABB0018587901695803, Bank Name: HABIB BANK LIMITED, Branch: H BLOCK, DHA, PHASE - 1 LAHORE.
  • Registration will be confirmed after receiving fee and the fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • You may print filled registration form and sent us along with original Bank Draft/Pay Order at the following address:

 An e-mail containing your login credentials will be forwarded to the Principal's given e-mail address after completion of Institution details. If you need to change any of the information (name, address, contact information, etc.) that you specified when you registered, you can do so till registration deadline by logging in to the contest website with the user name and password that you have been provided.
